Finally my outfits

ENGLISH: I´m doing some changes in my bedroom and finally I had the chance to take pictures to some of my daily outfits! :P still I need to do it with a better camera :P but well here they are:

Summer Time Baby!!

Well summer is here! At least in Costa Rica, I love summer J I’m not the biggest fan of cold weather. So it was time for me to seek for some inspiration at pinterest about the subject :P . I´m still not pretty clear about the summer trends for this year but I notice a lot a lace, denim, stripes shorts, minis, maxis, hats and flowers.

Bueno el verano esta aqui!! al menos en Costa Rica, amo el verano, no soy la fan mas grande del clima frio. Asi q era el momento para buscar un poco de inspiracion sobre el tema. Aun no me quedan muy claras las tendencias para el verano de este año pero si he notado mucha influencia de encajes, mezclilla, estamapados de rayas y flores, minis, maxis y sombreros

Papaya, natural Oils and hair

Hey everybody!! I have been lost for a while :P but well here I am :)

Today I want to talk about some home remedies for hair that I must to try!!
You'll see i'm dying my hair .. I love red hair! so I have to take care of it a lot, but with cheap methods (I´m saving money but that´s other history that I´ll tell you later) . I read this online and seems pretty interest, I'll try some of them and I'll let you know if they work :P

Hoy quiero hablar sobre algunos remedios caseros para el cabello que definitivamente tengo que probar!!
Veran... estoy en un proceso de teñirme el cabello.. Me encanta el pelo rojo! Asi q tengo que buscar formas baratas para cuidarlo (estoy ahorrando y esa es otra historia que les contare luego). Lei estos en internet y me parecieron bastante interesantes, voy a probar algunos y les dejare saber si sirven :)

Ustedes utilizan algun remedio casero para su cabello?

Papaya:

Papaya is rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes that help nourish hair, remove unwanted residues, and add shine and softness. Here’s how to get healthy hair with a raw papaya hair treatment.

Puree half a papaya with some olive oil (amount of oil depends on how dry your hair is) and a teaspoon of honey.

Apply to damp hair and leave on as long as you like.

Rinse, then shampoo out excess oil if necessary.

La papaya es rica en vitaminas, minerales y enzimas que ayudan a nutrir el cabello, eliminar los residuos no deseados y añadir brillo y suavidad. Aquí es cómo conseguir un cabello sano con un tratamiento para el cabello papaya cruda.

Haga un puré con media papaya con un poco de aceite de oliva (cantidad de aceite depende de la forma seca tu cabello es) y una cucharadita de miel.

Aplicar sobre el cabello húmedo y dejar actuar todo el tiempo que quieras.

Enjuague, lava el exceso de aceite si es necesario.

The most effective way to apply coconut oil is to massage it into the roots and scalp and then run your fingers all the way through to the tips of your hair approximately 30 minutes before you shower. Rinse out with warm water and a natural shampoo.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We’ve all used olive oil for cooking and dressing salads, but did you know that extra virgin olive oil can also transform your hair?

Much like coconut oil, olive oil nourishes, moisturizes, conditions and strengthens your hair while also minimizing hair loss and dandruff.

Try this simple olive oil treatment for achieving beautiful hair at home.

Half fill a cup with extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of an essential oil of your choice, such as lavender or rosemary oil. Shake or mix well and allow to stand in a cool dark place for 24 hours.

Pour one tablespoon of the olive oil mixture into the palm of your hands and rub your hands together to warm it up.

Starting with your scalp, massage the oil into your hair in a circular motion using your fingertips. Finish by massaging the tips of your hair.

Secure a plastic bag around your hair and leave for 30 minutes.
Finally, rinse your hair as usual and shampoo.

Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra

Todos hemos utilizado el aceite de oliva para cocinar y aliñar ensaladas, pero ¿sabía usted que el aceite virgen extra de oliva también puede transformar su cabello?

Al igual que el aceite de coco, aceite de oliva nutre, hidrata, condiciones y fortalece el cabello a la vez que minimiza la pérdida de cabello y la caspa.

Prueba este simple tratamiento de aceite de oliva para lograr un cabello hermoso en el hogar.

Llene la mitad de una taza de aceite de oliva extra virgen y unas gotas de aceite esencial de su elección, como la lavanda o aceite de romero. Agite o mezcle bien y deje reposar en un lugar fresco y oscuro durante 24 horas.

Vierta una cucharada de la mezcla de aceite de oliva en la palma de sus manos y frote las manos para calentarlo.

A partir de su cuero cabelludo, masajear el aceite en el pelo con un movimiento circular con los dedos. Para terminar, masajeando las puntas de tu cabello.

Asegure una bolsa de plástico alrededor de su cabello y dejar actuar durante 30 minutos.
Por último, enjuagar el cabello como de costumbre y champú.

So… I have been really busy and I have a lot to talk about!!!!

Finally two of my projects are running and I couldn’t be more excited!

First I’m going to talk to you about CarolnBeck project : CarolnBeck was born as initiative of my aunt and I, the project consist in services of image consulting , Etiquette and protocol, besides we also offer auto makeup courses. We are starting and is been quite an experience, we had the opportunity to give us to know in Costa Rica fashion week 2012
